Attorney Amy Miller focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation.  She is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma, and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Texas, Eastern District of Oklahoma, and Western District of Arkansas. 

Amy graduated cum laude from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, in 2003, with a double major in English and psychology, and from Baylor Law School in 2006, where she was an editor of the law review.  Prior to joining the firm Amy worked for over a decade with a nationwide litigation firm.

Active in her community, Ms. Miller volunteers with the Junior League of Longview, Texas, where she has served as an officer for multiple years.  She is the President of the Gregg County Bar Association, and she is also a member of Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the East Texas Estate Planning Council, and the Young Professionals of Longview.  Ms. Miller resides in Longview with her husband, Chapin, and their daughter.
